Data upload

Simply load your data to our data centre

If you decide to carry out the data processing and transmission of your transaction data yourself, this data must correspond to certain contents in a specific format, so that the data can be further processed by amavat®.

Currently we have two methods of uploading data to amavat®:

Dedicated email address

Dedicated email address

We provide you with this email address (if you choose this option, you would receive an extra email address specifically for the transmission of your data), once you have signed a contract with us. You can then send us your data within an usual email file size and to specific format guidelines (advised later in this text).

Dedicated SharePoint library

Dedicated SharePoint library

You can then upload your data to this library (this is used by our larger clients due to file size too large to be sent by email).

After each upload of data with a positive validation, and plausibility check, amavat® will automatically check whether your data submitted corresponds to the defined format, you will receive two automatically generated reports. These will clearly show the transaction data you have submitted to us. You therefore have a first evaluation of your transactions.

Whether you decide to send via email or SharePoint, you must send in the correct format, so that your data can be used by us.

Integration Partners Solution

If the previous two options are not for you we can also use our Integration Partner in order to upload the data directly from your ERP system. Further details on request.

So in conclusion from our four options, there are THREE main solutions:

  1. As we mentioned previously, clients can send their data via dedicated email address or up load their data to a Dedicated SharePoint library according to our data-shema manual to our data centre. Here you can read some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s).
  2. Using a standard solution from one of our Integration Partners.
  3. A fully customised solution on request.
